How to report a data error
Our pages are regenerated every day from public California Lottery data. The source occasionally changes format or republishes a game, and when that happens a row can show a stale number. To help us fix it quickly, include:
- the page URL,
- the game name,
- the figure you believe is wrong, and
- a link or screenshot showing the correct number, if you have one.
Data problems are corrected first, and usually the same day.
What we cannot do
To save you an email, here are the limits of this site:
- We cannot predict lottery numbers. Nobody can. Our guides explain why, and every number we publish is statistical, not a forecast.
- We cannot check whether a ticket is a winner. Only the California Lottery can confirm a winning ticket.
- We cannot claim a prize or advise on your personal tax position. Speak to a licensed professional.
- We do not sell picks, systems or tickets. NumberPicks is an information site.
Response times
We read everything that arrives. Data corrections are handled first and usually the same day; general questions and partnership enquiries typically get a reply within 1–2 business days. If you have not heard back after three days, follow up — it means the message slipped through rather than that we ignored it.
